Mekrio is an AI SaaS currently focused on AI image generation and operated by an individual owner. This Privacy Policy explains how Mekrio collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you browse the website, sign in, create AI generation tasks, manage generated assets, or purchase subscriptions and credits.

Information We Collect

Account Information
- What We Collect: When you sign in with Google OAuth, we may receive your name, email address, avatar, provider account identifier, and authentication status. Mekrio V1 does not offer public email/password registration.
- Purpose: To create and secure your account, keep you signed in, provide support, and enforce account permissions.
AI Generation Content
- What We Collect: Prompts, style or use-case selections, uploaded reference images or other inputs, generated images, task identifiers, generation status, and related asset records.
- Purpose: To submit and process generation tasks, show results, save assets to your account, troubleshoot failures, and improve product reliability. Mekrio does not publish your generated assets or use your prompts, uploads, or outputs to train AI models unless you authorize us.
Usage, Credits, and Activity
- What We Collect: Information about features used, task history, credit balances and transactions, subscription status, asset library activity, settings, and support interactions.
- Purpose: To operate subscriptions and credit packs, prevent permanent credit loss for failed tasks, provide account history, and improve Mekrio.
Payment and Billing Information
- What We Collect: Stripe processes payment methods and card details. Mekrio may receive billing status, product or plan identifiers, invoice and checkout identifiers, transaction metadata, and payment confirmation details from Stripe.
- Purpose: To complete purchases, manage subscriptions, grant credits, handle billing support, and prevent fraud.
Device, Log, and Cookie Data
- What We Collect: Browser type, device type, operating system, IP-derived request data, pages visited, timestamps, security logs, cookies, and similar technologies. Mekrio may use cookies for sessions, locale preferences, UTM source attribution, security, and analytics. Mekrio currently uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate product usage.
- Purpose: To keep the service available and secure, remember preferences, understand product usage, detect abuse, debug issues, and measure whether product flows are working.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide Mekrio, process AI generation tasks, save generated assets, manage account access, operate subscriptions and credits, support users, maintain safety and security, analyze product performance, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share or process information in the following situations:

Authentication Providers: Google helps authenticate users who choose that sign-in option.
Payment Provider: Stripe processes payments, subscriptions, invoices, and related billing events.
Cloud and Infrastructure Providers: Trusted hosting, database, storage, security, and monitoring services help operate Mekrio.
AI Processing Providers: AI service providers may process prompts, uploaded inputs, outputs, and generation metadata to create requested images. We use these providers to fulfill your requests and do not authorize them to use your content to train models unless you authorize that use.
Analytics Providers: Google Analytics may process device, page, event, and cookie data to help us understand aggregate usage and improve the service.
Legal and Safety Reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or to enforce our terms.

Mekrio V1 does not use a public community gallery as the main product path, and your generated assets are not published to a public feed by default.

Cookies and Analytics

Mekrio uses essential cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, language preferences, security, and basic site operation. We may also use analytics cookies and Google Analytics to understand page views, product interactions, checkout starts, and generation flow events at an aggregate level. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent account features from working.

Data Retention

We retain account, billing, task, and asset information for as long as needed to provide Mekrio, maintain audit records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may delete generated assets where product controls are available. Some records may remain in backups, logs, billing records, or security audit trails for a limited period.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards such as access controls, encrypted transport, and operational monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for protecting access to your Google account and devices.

Your Choices
